About Nancy Brouwers
Leadership development only has value when people can use it in their everyday work.
Nancy has over 15 years of international experience at the intersection of HRM, educational science and learning & development. She has a master’s-level background, a University Teaching Qualification (BKO) and experience designing leadership programmes.
Through her work abroad and in the Eindhoven region, she understands the dynamics of international and multicultural teams and individuals. Different backgrounds sometimes call for extra attention to expectations, communication and collaboration. Nancy always looks at the people and the specific situation, rather than a standard model.
In her support, she connects the organisation’s goal with the development of the individual leader. Not just understanding what could improve, but practising and applying it — at work.
