You learn leadership by doing it.

Good support connects with the conversations, decisions and challenges you face today. That is why Nancy works in and around your own work situation, together with you and your manager.

Frequently asked questions

A few practical questions.

Does a leader need previous experience?

No. The first steps in a leadership role are precisely the starting point.

Is it only for technical team leaders?

No. That is a recognisable focus, but Nancy also supports other professionals who are new to a leadership role.

Is the leader’s own manager involved?

Yes. The 90-day programme begins with a joint intake and ends with a conversation with the commissioning manager.

How do you know whether the support helps?

Three indicators relevant to the work are chosen beforehand, such as clear responsibilities, team agreements being kept or fewer escalations. Progress is reviewed again at the end.

Is a Team Leader Check required before the 90-day programme?

There is no fixed requirement. Discuss with Nancy which first step suits your needs.
